Service Description

Structure: a) RCC work will be according to IS 456 b) Steel design will be according to SP 16. (G +----) c) TMT steel will be used. (Shree / Dhanalakshmi) d) River Sand will be used. e) Major plant cement will be used. (Ultratech / Acc Concrete+). Civil work: a). Table Molded bricks (light Weight / AAC block) work in cement mortar. b). River Sand / Robo Sand will be used. c). Birla shakti/ Penna cement will be used. d). Sponge finish in cement mortar. Wood work: a) Medium African teak wood Door frames will be provided and Windows, Ventilators will be provided of UPVC. b) Teak wood Main Door and shutter will be provided. (Indian Teak) c) Other Doors shutters will be (ISI Mark) flush / Moulded doors. Electrical: a) Sudhakar brand 1.5 mm thick concealed PVC pipe will be used in Slab. b) Sudhakar brand 1.2 mm thick concealed PVC pipe will be used in walls. c) Finolex (ISI Mark) cable wire will be used in wiring. d) Havells / Anchor Roma / Gold medal Modular Plates, Switches will be Provided with (MCB of Legrand) as per the drawing. Ceiling: a) Single (P.O.P) border in Rooms. b) False Ceiling in Hall & Drawing room. Coloring: a) Altech / Saitech luppum finishing for internal walls. b) Birla Putty / Texture finishing for front elevation only. c) Tractor Emulsion paint will be provided in internal walls. (Asian) d) Enamel paint to ventilators, grills and gates. (Asian) e) Exterior water proof APEX paint will be provided. (Asian) f) Main door will be polished. Tiles: a) Colour / Design glazed digital tiles for toilet upto door height. Anti-skid tiles for flooring. b) 4’ height above kitchen platform. Flooring: a) Vitrified double charged tiles / digital tiles / Marble will be provided in Hall, Rooms and Kitchen. b) Steps and corridors areas Marble / Granite will be provided. c) Black Granite stone platform will be provided in the kitchen. Sanitary: a) C.P. fittings will be provided (Blues / Cera / Standard 7 year’s warranty). b) Light colour porcelain items (Cera / Parryware / Hindware) will be provided according to the drawing. c) ISI mark (CPVC & PVC) pipeline will be used. (Ashiravad / Sudhakar) Glass Work: 4mm glass for windows and 3mm pin headed glass for ventilators. Fabrication: M.S Grills, gates and ventilators will be provided according to the designs. Stainless steel for Front elevation balcony railing & stair case railing.
